We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in sustainability/green building to work out of Washington, DC

The Scrum Master will be responsible for providing end-to-end Agile delivery leadership for the EDGE Application, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Minimum 8+ years of Scrum Master experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex software initiatives in enterprise-scale IT environments.
• Demonstrated experience working within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), including PI planning and multi-team coordination.
• Proven track record of successful delivery in prior client or consulting engagements.
• Strong proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog management, prioritization, sprint execution, and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams, business leads, Product Owners, and RTEs.
• Prior exposure to climate, sustainability, green building, or environmental initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Highly Desirable)

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
• PMI-ACP, PMI-PBA, or CBAP
• Sustainability or green-building certifications (e.g., LEED, WELL, BREEAM) are a plus
