  • Drive system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements from planning through go-live and beyond
  • Oversee testing strategies, user training, and adoption efforts to ensure successful deployments
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions
  • Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics to meet clinical, operational, and regulatory needs
  • Ensure systems meet compliance standards, including privacy and security requirements

  • Lead communication of system updates, impacts, and best practices across stakeholders
  • Contribute to change management, incident response, and downtime preparedness

What You Bring
Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting and optimizing clinical systems in a healthcare setting
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise Oracle EHR platforms
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives independently
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with project management methodologies or IT service management frameworks

Why This Role Matters
  • Influence the design and performance of systems that clinicians rely on every day
  • Lead meaningful initiatives that improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency
  • Work at the forefront of healthcare technology and innovation
  • Mentor and shape the next generation of clinical system analysts
