Project Scope:

Own and lead functional and configuration support for the Oracle Fusion SourcetoPay (STP) workstream, with a primary focus on Purchasing, Pricing, and Receiving.
The role serves as the primary translator between business deployment teams and Oracle technical teams, ensuring requirements are converted into accurate Fusion configurations and successfully delivered through iterative releases.

Oracle Fusion acts as the central ERP platform, replacing ~30 legacy ERP systems across ~50 countries in a highly customized global environment.

Team Size & Breakdown:

• Direct Reports: None (Individual Contributor)
• Leadership Expectation: Leadlevel IC; mentors and guides junior and midlevel analysts
• Primary Collaborators:

• Business deployment teams (requirements gathering)
• Oracle developers and integration teams
• Client (Systems Integrator)
• Offshore development teams (primarily India)
• Geographic Scope: Global (50+ countries)

Development Methodology: Agile

• Endtoend functional testing
• SDLC best practices
• ITILaligned support governance
• Releasebased configuration changes and enhancements

High-Level Individual Duties:

• Act as the technofunctional bridge between business and technical teams
• Translate procurement requirements into Oracle Fusion configuration and technical direction
• Support and guide Purchasing, Pricing, and Receiving processes within STP
• Participate in release planning, testing, and validation
• Write and support endtoend test cases
• Support and validate Oracle Fusion configuration (no custom code)
• Build and maintain OTBI reports as needed
• Collaborate closely with Client and integration teams
• Mentor junior analysts and guide best practices across the STP workstream

Must-Haves (Concepts & Tools):

Experience & Domain

• 6 8+ years enterprise ERP experience
• Leadlevel individual contributor maturity
• Strong tenure and depth (not junior / short stints)
• Experience supporting physical goods purchasing (inventorybased procurement)

Oracle & ERP

• Oracle Fusion Cloud SourcetoPay (strongly preferred)
• OR Oracle R12 STP (acceptable alternative)
• Strong exposure to Purchasing, Pricing, Receiving
• Comfort working in highly customized ERP environments

Skillset

• Technofunctional (functional ownership + technical fluency)
• Requirements translation for developers and integration teams
• Oracle Fusion configuration knowledge
• OTBI reporting experience
• Endtoend testing support
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills

Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior Oracle employee background
• Oracle Fusion experience in global, multicountry rollouts
• Experience with Oracle R12 migrations
• SAP or other ERP STP background (secondary)
• Manufacturing or throughput business experience
