Job Overview:
Pay Range: $20.38hr - $25.38hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
- Timely completion of routine repairs, maintenance requests, and work orders.
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
- Perform janitorial duties including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash receptacles.
- Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, repairs, work orders, and work-in-progress status.
Skills:

- Carpentry.
Qualification And Education:
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
