Our firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in the overall litigation process, working closely with our attorneys to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
- Coordinating and managing document production and discovery requests.
- Drafting and filing legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and subpoenas.
- Maintaining an organized and up-to-date case file system, including a list of all hearings, depositions, and deadlines.
- Managing and tracking billable hours accurately.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Proficient in eFiling and familiar with legal research databases.
- Strong knowledge of litigation process and legal terminology.
