Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Absence Lead to support a robust Oracle Cloud HCM implementation. The selected consultant will lead the Time and Absence module and work closely with internal stakeholders and clients as part of an established Oracle Cloud delivery team.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the functional lead for Oracle Cloud Time and Absence
Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Absence implementations
Collaborate with internal teams, system integrators, and client stakeholders
Participate in design workshops, CRP sessions, SIT/UAT, and go-live activities
Ensure best-practice configuration aligned with Oracle Cloud HCM standards
Support post-go-live stabilization and transition activities as required

Required Qualifications

Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Absence Lead
Minimum of two (2) full, end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations
Strong hands-on experience leading the Time and Absence module
Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with:

Internal stakeholders
Client business users
Existing Oracle Cloud project teams

Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Authorized to work in the United States (U.S.-based remote work only)

Preferred Qualifications

Public Sector Oracle Cloud HCM experience (preferred but not required)
Experience working on large or complex Oracle Cloud HCM programs
