About the Role & Team
The organization delivers internal consulting and advanced analytics capabilities across the Company. The team collaborates with decision scientists, data engineers, software developers, and UX designers to build analytics-driven technology products that shape business decisions and deliver measurable value.
This role focuses on launching and scaling a new AI-driven decision science product within an emerging products portfolio.
Note: This role manages the product — not the project.
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for a new AI and decision science product.
- Define product strategy and multi-release roadmaps; translate user insights and market intelligence into prioritized backlogs and measurable outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data science, data engineering, UX) to scope solutions, prototype, and deliver high-quality releases on time.
- Simplify complex analytical and technical concepts (AI agents, knowledge retrieval, forecasting) into intuitive, customer-facing product capabilities.
- Champion user-centric design by integrating research, usability studies, and evolving AI agent capabilities into product requirements and success metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
- Manage and evaluate solution testing (AI agent evaluations, software QA, and A/B testing) to ensure accuracy, reliability, and business impact.
- Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, communicating roadmaps, trade-offs, and results through compelling narratives and visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with enterprise data stakeholders to enhance data access, integration, and innovation across organizational domains.
Basic Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product management for technology-based data/analytics or software products, or advanced analytics solution development.
- 2+ years leading cross-functional, agile teams in a matrixed environment.
- Proven success in translating technical and analytical concepts into customer-facing features and measurable business outcomes.
- Strong cross-disciplinary collaboration experience (engineering, data science, data engineering, UX/design).
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize user insights, market trends, and technical advancements into clear product strategies and priorities.
- Excellent executive communication — with the ability to simplify complexity and influence decisions.
- Familiarity with statistical/ML concepts, forecasting, optimization, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python for data querying and analysis.
- Strong leadership and commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive team culture.
- A self-starter: entrepreneurial, curious, and eager to grow technical and business expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in media, gaming, parks & experiences, or other entertainment-related domains.
- Proven success launching enterprise-scale AI, analytics, or data products and embedding them into business processes.
- Hands-on familiarity with AI agent tools and their development.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) and experimentation platforms.
- Experience in consulting or product operations for driving adoption and long-term sustainment.
Required Education
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
