Job Description:
Position Summary/Purpose: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to partner closely with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and technology teams to define capability vision, translate business needs into clear requirements, and support the delivery of high-quality custom technology solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience working in regulated environments using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Product Managers and SMEs to define and understand capability vision and roadmap; document business and functional requirements and supporting processes.
Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, and software requirements for technology capabilities.
Develop business process flows and user stories to support custom product development by engineering teams.
Maintain requirements traceability throughout implementation to ensure delivered solutions align with approved scope and system requirements.
Provide guidance to QA and UAT teams on testing developed functionality; review test scripts and assist with the review and triage of defects and feedback.
Deliver application demonstrations and prepare executive-level presentations to showcase developed functionality.
Maintain and promote compliance with project-specific standards, processes, and tools for requirements definition and management, ensuring traceability for impact and coverage analysis.
Utilize Agile methodologies to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement.

Work with Stakeholders to gather requirements and document User Stories using Global standard devops tool.
Collaborate with UX team for design of wireframes 30%
Work with developers to explain them requirements and ensure that Development delivery meets the requirements 50%
Support QA, UAT and Production go live / hypercare 10%
Work on review and prioritization of defects raised during QA and UAT Review 10%
Qualifications: The skills, abilities, specific knowledge, education and minimum experience necessary to perform this job.
Bachelor s degree from an accredited college or university
6 8 years of hands-on Business Analysis experience in a complex, regulated environment, working on custom development projects using Agile methodologies.
Proficiency in industry-standard business analysis techniques, tools, and best practices.
Strong experience with Microsoft tools, including Word, Excel, Project, Visio, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on client and engagement risk assessment related applications..
