We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site in the specified location(s).

As a Senior Scrum Master within Wealth Management Engineering under Schwab Technology Services, you will play a critical role in enabling high-quality, predictable delivery across multiple Agile teams supporting a rapidly growing Wealth & Advice Solutions (WAS) business. By coaching teams and stakeholders, you will help improve product quality, reduce delivery friction, and accelerate value realization.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders. You will serve as a trusted partner to Product Owners and leaders, helping align priorities, remove impediments, and ensure teams are focused on delivering meaningful, usable outcomes. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, support evolving business needs, and elevate team performance through coaching and mentorship will be critical to driving impact at scale.
