A Full Service IT Employment Consulting Firm is seeking qualified candidates for the following opening:

Tester

In the role of the QA Automation Tester, the following services are required:

Experience with Health items such as: Medicaid/Eligibility/SNAP/TANF/Medicare

Experience with automation using Selenium (Web driver) / Salesforce.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC)

Ability to create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts

Experience performing functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing

Experience using defect and project/test management tools (Jira, Xray)

Ability to work closely with Quality Management team and supervisors.

Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting project deadlines

Ability to learn complex Medicaid business processes and eligibility rules quickly

Experience reviewing and interpreting business and technical documentation

Experience with API testing (Postman or similar) is a plus

Basic SQL knowledge for data validation is preferred

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team

Ability to understand complex business rules and translate them into comprehensive test coverage

Skilled in automation with JavaScript/Python.
