Summary

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business and clinical requirements from healthcare stakeholders.
Analyze and improve clinical and operational workflows across hospitals and medical centers.
Work closely with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and administrative teams.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
Support implementation and optimization of EHR/EMR, clinical, and healthcare applications.
Conduct gap analysis, workflow mapping, testing, and UAT activities.
Collaborate with IT, operations, compliance, and vendor teams.
Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations, quality standards, and patient care objectives.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Life Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
8 10+ years of Business Analyst experience within healthcare organizations.
Strong experience working in hospitals, medical centers, or healthcare systems.
Deep understanding of clinical workflows, patient care processes, and healthcare operations.
Experience with EHR/EMR platforms such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Clinical background such as Nursing, Allied Health, or Healthcare Operations.
Experience with U.S. healthcare systems and regulations.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience supporting healthcare digital transformation initiatives.
