As the world's leading change and transformation consultancy, we're helping businesses move from strategy to reality by taking a pragmatic and practical approach to build solutions that last.
We're seeking a Product Manager in Portland in Technology and Digital Product Innovation to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Onsite 4 days a week in Portland, OR.

SUMMARY

As a mid-level Product Manager, you will help advance the next iteration of a digital and technology-enabled athlete experience, translating business needs into clear use cases and requirements for software and hardware teams. This role will support a six-month engagement focused on expanding a motion-capture-based product experience beyond treadmill running into new sport modes and capture methods, including mobile phone-based movement capture.

YOU WILL:

  • Partner with business, digital, software, and hardware teams to define product needs, use cases, requirements, and priorities for the next iteration of the Form experience.
  • Support product planning and execution across a six-month engagement, helping coordinate workstreams, timelines, decisions, risks, and dependencies.
  • Represent the voice of the business by translating stakeholder objectives into clear, actionable requirements that guide technical development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams exploring new sport applications, including soccer, and new motion capture methods, including user-recorded mobile phone video.
  • Help shape product features and user experience considerations for a motion-capture-enabled athlete assessment experience.
  • Facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring decisions are documented and progress is communicated clearly.

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  • Approximately 5 years of recent product management experience, ideally supporting technology, digital product, software, hardware, or innovation-focused teams.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate business needs into product and technical deliverables.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to organize work, manage competing priorities, and keep teams aligned in a fast-moving environment.
  • Comfort operating between business and technical stakeholders, with the ability to communicate clearly across product, engineering, design, and operational teams.
  • Experience with consumer-facing digital products, athlete performance, movement science, motion capture, computer vision, machine learning, or sports technology is a plus.
  • A pragmatic, collaborative mindset and the ability to create clarity, drive momentum, and help teams move from vision to measurable value.
