Role Overview
This position is for an execution lead for the Control Tower and PMO within a Vulnerability Response team. This role involves partnering with a PMO lead to execute tasks supporting a vulnerability simplification program. The individual will lead and present in various forums on programs, tools, and solutions for technology-wide clients, interacting with stakeholders to build awareness, collect feedback, and engage teams to solve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive awareness of program benefits across Global Technology teams and partners.
- Build community expertise, best practices, and training materials.
- Gather input for future improvements and initiatives, specifically related to a ServiceNow implementation.
- Identify and align key stakeholder leads to oversee a Technology Focus Group and Community of Practice.
- Provide ongoing communications throughout the change process and manage the program stakeholders list.
- Screen new CVEs for impact and coordinate between internal remediation teams.
- Understand and monitor risk appetite and SPI metrics to plan countermeasures.
- Partner with planning teams for upcoming changes and solution cross-team issues.
- Support the incident command center for P1 and elevated P2 events.
Required Qualifications
Experience: Proven knowledge of vulnerability management is required. Experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Management is necessary. The role requires interaction with internal and external stakeholders to build awareness and solve issues.
Technical Skills: Agile tools (Jira), Project Management, and ServiceNow are required. Experience with Confluence is a strong plus.
Professional Skills: This position requires skills in problem resolution, goal setting, collaboration, influence, project management, results orientation, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, business acumen, financial management, innovative thinking, risk management, adaptability, DevOps practices, solution delivery process, solution design, and technical strategy development.
