Job Title: AI/ML Data Engineer
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Data Engineer to analyze complex datasets, build advanced machine learning models, and deliver data-driven insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python, machine learning frameworks, and big data technologies. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable ML solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.

• Build and optimize data pipelines and ML workflows using modern data technologies.

• Deploy and maintain ML models in production environments.

• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data engineering.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Data Science / Data Engineering / Machine Learning roles.

• Strong programming experience in Python.

• Proficiency with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, and PySpark.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and modeling techniques.

• Experience working with SQL and large-scale datasets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.

• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (PySpark, distributed data processing).

• Experience training and deploying ML models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).

• Proven experience deploying and optimizing ML models in production environments.

• Strong communication and data visualization skills to present insights to stakeholders.
