About the Role
Talent Groups is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications that support advanced security solutions for strategic customers.
You will work across the entire technology stack, from frontend interfaces to backend APIs and cloud infrastructure, while partnering with development, product, and customer success teams to deliver scalable and customized solutions. This role requires strong technical depth, customer facing experience, and the ability to use AI powered development tools to build intelligent applications efficiently.
What You Will Do
• Analyze customer environments and design tailored technical solutions
• Lead onsite implementations, including code customization and advanced configuration
• Design and build full stack web applications and services
• Integrate cloud and distributed systems into scalable solutions
• Prototype and deploy solutions quickly to meet changing customer needs
• Work with engineering leadership to improve deployment processes and support product direction
• Stay current on cybersecurity and networking technologies
• Present technical solutions to customers and guide implementation
• Mentor junior engineers and support cross functional teams
Occasional travel within North America may be required.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Six or more years of software engineering experience, including customer facing work
• Strong full stack development experience
Frontend: JavaScript or TypeScript with React
Backend: Node.js, Python, Go, or Java
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP IP, SSL, DNS, DHCP, routing, and addressing
• Familiarity with network security concepts
• Experience analyzing network traffic with tools such as Wireshark or tcpdump
• Experience using AI integrated development tools such as VS Code with Copilot or similar tools
• Ability to use large language models for code generation, testing, and refactoring
• Strong problem solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced SQL and data modeling experience
• Containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes
• CI CD pipeline experience using Jenkins or GitLab CI
• Experience leading cross functional technical projects
• Strong stakeholder communication skills in fast paced environments
