Summary

Overview

The Data Governance and Dashboard Analyst supports the United States Space Force (USSF) for the Ground-Based Radar Digitization (GBRD) program to establish, implement, and facilitate a common Integrated Digital Environment (IDE) platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain live dashboards and scorecards for MOSA compliance, model validation status, non-conformances, interface risks, CAGB actions, and monthly validation reporting. Turn technical findings into clear management insight.
  • Develop and implement data standards, policies, and governance processes
  • Coordinate with business and technology departments to align data governance initiatives
  • Monitor compliance of data flows and data management with internal and external regulations
  • Ensure data quality and consistency in all data-related activities
  • Assist in the design and implementation of data models
  • Identify and address data-related issues and risks
  • Collaborate with IT and data management teams to implement new data strategies and measures
  • Develop reports and metrics for data governance performance in dashboards
  • Take the outputs from the MBSE models and translate them into visual, digestible metrics for the govt and Common Architecture Governance Board (CAGB).
  • Maintain a live, shared dashboard visualizing each design's MOSA compliance and flagging non-conformances.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or related technical discipline. Equivalent experience may substitute.
  • 5+ years data analysis, BI/dashboarding, governance, quality metrics, or reporting experience, including 2+ years building operational dashboards, scorecards, compliance metrics, or executive decision-support products.
  • Experience in Data Visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Telerik), BI, and ideally, understands how to pull data out of MBSE tools (like Cameo or Teamwork Cloud)
  • Secret Clearance
