Job Overview: The Senior Programmer Analyst will provide programming support for Commodity Risk Management in a regulated industry environment. The role involves working within an agile framework to analyze business needs, design solutions, and implement automation. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, maintain systems, and create technical documentation while ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.
Responsibilities: - Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify requirements and design solutions.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting for systems and applications.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and IT teams to understand needs and explain technical concepts.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and system design documents.
- Identify and resolve issues within systems and applications.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience using .Net programming skills.
- Knowledge of database structures and management systems, preferably in large, regulated industry environments.
- 4+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, or work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Degree in computer science or a related field.
Nice to Have Skills: - Ability to maintain composure in high-intensity situations.
- Exposure and experience with AI tools.
