Job Description:

Smallarc Inc. is looking for an energetic and motivated IT Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiter with experience in US IT Staffing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, marketing bench consultants, and working with implementation partners/vendors for US-based requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Source IT candidates from Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, and other job portals
• Market bench consultants for C2C opportunities
• Work on W2, C2C, and Full-time requirements
• Screen and submit qualified candidates to clients/vendors
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
• Build strong relationships with vendors and consultants
• Maintain daily activity reports and submission tracking

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1+ year experience in US IT Recruitment and/or Bench Sales
• Experience working with Dice and LinkedIn sourcing
• Good understanding of visa types (H1B, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of US staffing process

Preferred Skills:

• Vendor management experience
• Experience with tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools
