Summary

We are looking for a mid-level AI Engineer to support the development of an AI platform focused on agentic knowledge delivery for both internal teams and external clients. This role will help build and optimize AI agents, integrate modern AI tools, and ensure solutions are production-ready.

This is part of a large AI initiative delivering by the end of Q4, and the engineer may work across different components of the platform as the project evolves.

Key Responsibilities

Build and optimize AI agents and agentic workflows for production environments
Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions, including RAG architectures
Implement prompt engineering and tool calling strategies to improve agent performance
Build and maintain RESTful APIs supporting AI services and integrations
Work with MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and related tooling
Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
Improve performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems in production

Required Skills

Experience building AI/ML or LLM-based applications
Knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures
Experience building REST APIs
Experience with prompt engineering and AI agent workflows
Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar AI integration frameworks
Strong understanding of AI/ML fundamentals (not just using tools, but understanding how they work)

Preferred Background

Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering
Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and agent tooling
Experience integrating AI solutions into production systems

Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related technical field
