Job Title: Dynamics CRM Functional Tester
Employment Type: Contract
Location: Nearby any Infosys office.
Job Summary
We are seeking a Dynamics CRM Functional Tester with strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to validate business processes, workflows, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality CRM solutions through comprehensive functional testing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform functional testing of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications and enhancements.
  • Create, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business requirements.
  • Validate CRM workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and security roles.
  • Conduct end-to-end, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Execute data validation and verify system behavior across integrated applications.
  • Collaborate with business users, QA, and development teams during Agile sprints.
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE functional testing.
  • Hands-on experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management.
  • Knowledge of CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing.
  • Experience with regression, integration, and UAT testing.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirement validation.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira for test and defect tracking.
  • Exposure to CRM data migration and integration testing is a plus.
