Title: Oracle HCM Techno functional Consultant

Job Details:

Functional Skills:

Solid understanding of HR workflows and business processes.
Ability to map business requirements to Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
Experience with end-to-end implementation processes, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.

Experience:

Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud (including Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Compensation, and Talent Management).
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, configurations, and customizations.
Techno-functional with benefits configurations/ Interface feeds.
Working with a healthcare vendor.
Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices, and industry standards.
Hands-on experience.
Perience with Oracle HCM Cloud integrations and report customization.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud modules and related tools (including Oracle Integration Cloud, BI Publisher, OTBI).
Strong SQL skills for querying data and building custom reports.
Familiarity with the use of Oracle PaaS and OIC for integrations.
Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
