Title: Lead Oracle HRIS Consultant Business Side (Functional) Location: Houston, TX (Onsite 5 days/week)

Overview
We are seeking a Lead Oracle HRIS Consultant to drive HR process design, governance, and controls across the Oracle HCM Cloud suite in a fully functional role within the HR organization (not IT). This role supports end-to-end HR lifecycle processes and ensures compliance, data integrity, and scalable HR operations in a hybrid Oracle Cloud HCM + Oracle EBS environment.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, Goals, Talent, Succession, Compensation, Benefits, Absence).
Govern end-to-end HR processes, workflows, approvals, eligibility rules, and effective-dated transactions.
Lead HR process governance across hire-to-retire lifecycle.
Support testing, upgrades, configuration changes, and training.
Ensure workforce data accuracy, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance (SOX).
Support payroll/vendor integrations and hybrid Oracle EBS HR processes.
Drive continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills

10+ years of HRIS / HR Operations / Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) and/or Oracle EBS HR.
Experience with effective-dated data, workflows, role-based security, and eligibility profiles.
Experience with payroll integrations (e.g., ADP).
Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Access).
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.

Education

Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience.

Open to strong functional Oracle HCM professionals ready for an onsite leadership role.
