Job Title: Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Lead
Work Location & Reporting Address: Richardson, TX 75082 - Hybrid (10 days in a month)
Rate: $60/hr w2
Client: Infosys (Visa Independent candidates)
Position: 2

Contract duration: 6 months
Target Start Date: Immediate
Interview Process (Is face to face required?) Video Interview, but might have an in-person interview per client request

Certification needed: Not mandatory, but nice-to-have OIC related certification

Essential Skills & Qualifications:
OIC Expertise: Deep hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC Gen 2/Gen 3), PaaS components, Visual Builder.
Fusion Knowledge: Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) data models and APIs.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in REST/SOAP, JSON, XML, Java, PL/SQL, and OCI services (API Gateway, Vault).
Support Experience: Proven ability in L1/L2/L3 support and managing complex technical issues.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to decipher logs and traces for root cause analysis.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshooting: Resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain documentation.
Integration Support: Troubleshoot and resolve critical incidents in OIC, APIs, file transfers, and data flows.
Technical Leadership: Provide expert guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers on OIC, Fusion, and OCI best practices.
Design & Development: Develop and maintain complex integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and communicate solutions.
Patch & Release Management: Analyze quarterly updates, perform pre-testing, and coordinate regression/UAT testing.
Documentation: Maintain support documentation, FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Service Request Management: Log and manage Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle Support.
Performance Tuning: Perform system tuning and troubleshooting for optimal performance.
Nice to Have Skills:
OIC certifications
