Role Overview
An opportunity exists for a motivated and experienced individual to provide robust support, oversight, and execution of strategic and governance deliverables. The ideal candidate is a senior, hands-on execution lead with deep experience supporting technology lines of business through structured strategic forums, governance routines, and formal issue management. This role owns outputs end-to-end, connects many moving parts, drives issue remediation to closure, and moves work forward despite ambiguity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own recurring strategic, governance, or issue management forums, including agenda design, input coordination, material development, and meeting facilitation.
- Directly manage formal issue remediation processes, including tracking plans, monitoring progress, and proactively escalating blockers.
- Articulate issue statements, impacts, and root causes for audit, risk, regulatory, and self-identified issues.
- Produce executive-level decks and reporting used by leadership to monitor issue health, make risk-based decisions, and hold teams accountable.
- Define structure, frame issues, and move work forward independently in an environment with evolving direction.
- Write procedures, playbooks, or operating guides related to governance, issue management, and execution.
Required Qualifications
Experience:- Proven experience owning recurring strategic, governance, or issue management forums.
- Direct management of formal issue remediation processes (audit, risk, regulatory).
- History of supporting technology, engineering, or architecture organizations, ideally in complex or regulated environments.
Technical Skills:- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data reconciliation, issue tracking, and analysis.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills for creating executive-level presentations.
- Comfort using AI tools and designing effective prompts to automate reporting and improve consistency.
- Proficiency with Data Governance and Project Management.
