Experience with WRICEF, SAP Workflow, LSMW, BDC, Dynamic Actions, HR Cluster tables, data extraction, and data migration.

Experience with SAP Fiori, Portal, Standard APIs, OSS Notes, Enterprise Structure, Personnel Structure, and Organizational Structure.

Experience with SAP ERP, Finance, Materials Management, data cleansing, legacy conversions, unit testing, and full lifecycle implementations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Configure and enhance SAP HCM solutions covering personnel, organization, time, payroll, workflow, and related HR processes.

Develop, test, debug, and deploy ABAP programs, WRICEF objects, workflows, enhancements, interfaces, and conversions.

Perform legacy data migrations using LSMW, BDC, Data Sync Manager, SAP queries, tables, and extraction utilities.

Configure enterprise, personnel, and organizational structures while supporting integrations across SAP applications.

Troubleshoot SAP application issues, analyze performance problems, apply OSS fixes, and support production operations.

Create technical designs, test scripts, implementation records, support documentation, and system maintenance procedures.
