Summary

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience implementing Oracle EPM/CPM Cloud solutions.
Strong functional expertise in at least two Oracle modules: FCCS, EPBCS, PCMCS, ARCS, EDMCS, or OAC.
Proven experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector, ideally with Food & Beverage manufacturers, distributors, or retailers.
Deep understanding of CPG financial processes:

Trade spend & promotion planning
SKU‑level profitability
Cost‑to‑serve
Demand & supply planning
Margin management
Inventory & shelf‑life considerations

Experience integrating CPM with ERP, supply chain, and data warehouse systems.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and advisory skills.
