Strong hands-on experience with Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA).
Strong functional experience with Workday Projects.
Hands-on experience with Project Billing and customer billing processes.
Strong knowledge of Customer Contracts and contract lifecycle management.
Experience with Customer Invoicing and invoice processing.
Strong understanding of Contracts-to-Cash / Project-to-Cash business processes.
Experience with project costing, project accounting, billing rules, and project financial transactions.
Strong understanding of Workday Financial Management and its integration with PSA.
Experience working with Finance, Accounting, Billing, AR, and Professional Services business teams.
Strong requirements gathering, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Professional Services Automation (PSA).
