Job Details- Manage a high-volume, complex caseload in general liability defense
- Handle all phases of litigation from inception through trial: pleadings, written discovery, dispositive motions, witness prep, and trial
- Appear as lead or supporting counsel in court conferences, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions
- Serve as primary point of contact for insurers and corporate clients
- Manage assigned matters independently while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Contribute to client development and practice growth
Looking For:
- Pennsylvania Bar Admission (New Jersey a plus)
- General liability defense background
