Enterprise Data Architect

• 15 or more years of experience in database administration across DB2 for z/OS, SQL Server, and Oracle platforms.
• Proficiency in DB2 for z/OS application integration, catalog maintenance, and sub-system point-in-time recovery.
• Experience with SQL Server 2012, Oracle 10g or higher, and Azure cloud database environments.
• Experience in JCL, COBOL, ISPF, and RACF within the z/OS integrated platform.
• Experience with SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, and CA GEN model management.
• Experience in ASG Scheduler, CICS, and technical disaster recovery infrastructure planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Design and implement complex database schemas and warehousing architectures across multiple computing environments.
• Execute daily operational database administration for mainframe and distributed systems including GIS data.
• Perform advanced performance monitoring and tuning using specialized z/OS and software diagnostic tools.
• Lead SQL code reviews and provide technical mentoring for staff on database best practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive database administration procedures and technical documentation.
• Manage infrastructure change management through specialized verification testing and disaster recovery techniques.
• Coordinate with security teams to ensure data architectures meet stringent state and federal security standards.
