Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master AWS to lead Agile delivery and project execution for cloud initiatives within Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.

The ideal candidate will coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of cloud projects while driving continuous improvement, reducing defects, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate planning, organization, and execution of AWS cloud projects using Agile methodologies.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Identify, develop, and implement process improvements to enhance cloud delivery and reduce defects.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively mitigate issues.

• Manage escalations, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

• Balance business priorities with technical constraints to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including cloud engineers, architects, and stakeholders.

• Track and report on project performance, metrics, and deliverables.

• Influence and motivate teams to achieve high performance in cloud operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in project management or Scrum Master roles.

• Experience supporting AWS cloud environments or cloud-based projects.

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading Agile delivery in AWS cloud environments.

• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch.

• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud automation.

• Understanding of cloud security and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).

Certifications:

• IAT Level II required.

• One or more cloud certifications (AWS preferred)

• Scrum certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) preferred
