We are seeking an experienced Project Manager - TI Buildouts to lead turnkey tenant improvement projects, from planning and design coordination through construction and closeout. Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple tenant improvement (TI) office buildout projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Plan and coordinate all project phases, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, contractor selection, and procurement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor project progress, enforce quality standards, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
Prepare and present regular status reports, forecasts, and budget analyses.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of project management experience in commercial interior tenant improvement or office buildout construction.
Strong understanding of construction methods, contract administration, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams and build relationships.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or equivalent).

Preferred Attributes:

PMP, CCM, or similar project management certification.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders within real estate or corporate environments.
A proactive problem solver with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
