Reporting to the Manager, and working in a collaborative and exciting environment you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of corporate functions. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities while helping shape future talent strategies, and you will:
- Deliver an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines and networks for both immediate and future opportunities.
- Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, recruitment expertise, and strategic guidance.
- Manage recruitment activities across multiple regions and time zones in a truly global organization.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and position yourself as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.
Required Skills :
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Extensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within a large global organization, and must have experience working with U.S. and Canada.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, and ATS platforms such as Workday.
- Proven success developing recruitment strategies and sourcing hard-to-find talent.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience advising leaders on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and hiring best practices.
- A passion for diversity, inclusion, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
