Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for a Product Specialist to provide technical infrastructure administration and support for the agency's enterprise Geographic Information Systems (GIS) environment and related technologies.

This role focuses on enterprise GIS administration, infrastructure support, system integrations, automation, security compliance, environment management, and ongoing operational support for ESRI-based technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform enterprise GIS software installations including ArcGIS Server, ESRI Enterprise, SDE Geodatabase, Portal, Web Adaptors, and related components.
• Provide ongoing monitoring and troubleshooting of GIS infrastructure.
• Create system architecture documentation and assist with scoping and building new environments.
• Automate processes including ETLs, GIS environment administration tasks, and monitoring activities.
• Ensure GIS environments maintain compliance with enterprise IT security policies including secure access, least privilege, and separation of duties.
• Advise on GIS system integrations.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in GIS systems and evaluate applicability to existing and future applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot ArcGIS Collector environments.
• Report project status metrics and team performance metrics to various levels of management in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 6 years of ESRI administration experience, specifically with Enterprise SDE Geodatabase, ArcGIS Server, Portal, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Pro required.
• 6 years of experience with ESRI Experience Builder required.
• 6 years of experience developing, publishing, administering, and using REST services with ArcGIS Server required.
• 6 years of experience developing and troubleshooting Python scripts required.
• 6 years of experience with system integrations involving ArcGIS in an enterprise environment required.
• Understanding of enterprise networking concepts including load balancing, firewalls, and traffic flow required.
• Understanding of virtualized environment configuration and operation required.
• Understanding of Active Directory functionality including authentication, group-based authorization, and ADFS required.
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server database operation, permissions, and capabilities in an enterprise environment required.
• Experience writing SQL statements to query and modify data in Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases using SQL Server Management Studio and Aqua Data Studio required.
• Clear and concise communication and documentation skills required.
• Experience documenting system architecture and use cases required.
