About the job

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly senior, client-facing Enterprise / Principal Technical Architect to lead large-scale, mission-critical programs. This role blends deep architecture expertise with executive-level stakeholder management. The architect will guide large onsite and offshore teams while staying hands-on at design and problem-solving level.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical direction to 100 onsite and offshore resources
Own end-to-end architecture, design, and solution strategy
Step in to unblock teams at code, performance, scalability, and data levels
Work with extremely large databases and high-volume enterprise systems
Lead POCs, solution designs, and technical roadmaps
Partner with C-suite and senior leadership to communicate:
Program status
Technical risks and mitigation strategies
Architecture decisions and trade-offs
Mentor and guide architects, leads, and developers
Oversee design, build, deployment, and DevOps processes
Act as a trusted client advisor and consulting lead

Role Split:

~40% Architecture & Design (hands-on guidance)
~60% Client-facing consulting & stakeholder interaction

Technical Stack:

Elasticsearch
Git
Enterprise microservices, security, scalability

Required Experience:

Director / VP / Principal Architect / Independent Consultant background
Proven experience managing large enterprise programs
Strong hands-on architecture experience in modern enterprise stacks
Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
Ability to lead, mentor, and influence large distributed teams
