Workday Studio
- Workday Report Writer (Calculated Fields, Custom Reports)
- Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs) for external system integrations
- Core HCM knowledge to understand data structures and business processes
- Security Configuration (roles, domains, business process security policies)
- Cloud & Middleware tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps)
Professional Skills
- Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting for integration issues
- Stakeholder Communication to translate technical requirements into business language
- Project Management Basics (Agile/Scrum exposure is a plus)
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer skills
Nice-to-Have
- Familiarity with Workday Prism Analytics
- Exposure to Payroll, Benefits, or Financials modules
- Experience with data migration tools (EIB, Core Connectors)
