Job Summary

• The SAP IBP Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Integrated Business Planning solutions.
• This role focuses on Time Series Supply Planning and Demand Planning, ensuring efficient planning processes and system performance.
• The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to design, analyze, and optimize planning models, data structures, and system outputs.
• Requires strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise in IBP modules and optimizer functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP IBP Time Series Supply Planning, including optimizer setup and execution.
• Design and maintain planning areas, key figures, and planning levels.
• Perform cost modeling and analyze key figures to support supply planning decisions.
• Troubleshoot optimizer results and clearly explain planning outcomes to stakeholders.
• Optimize system performance, including IBP planning runs and batch processes.
• Implement and support Demand Planning processes within IBP.
• Manage and configure master data to ensure accurate planning outputs.
• Analyze data trends and planning results to improve forecasting and supply strategies.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and enhance planning accuracy.
• Provide functional expertise and ongoing support for IBP modules.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across planning systems.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
• Expertise in Time Series Supply Planning and IBP optimizer.
• Experience with cost modeling, key figure configuration, and planning area setup.
• Strong understanding of planning levels and master data management.
• Experience in IBP Demand Planning processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and interpret complex planning outputs.
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization of IBP processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in supply chain planning or demand forecasting environments.
• Familiarity with SAP ecosystem and integration with other modules.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
