Technical Oversight Java centric Engineering
Provide architectural and engineering oversight for Java Spring Boot microservices cloud native patterns and integration ecosystems defficiency metricsnsformation initiatives including cloud migration microservices adoption platform engineering and automation Conduct architecture and solution assessments propose innovation accelerators reusable assets and automation frameworks Promote AI assisted engineering and productivity enablers in line with Virtusa s AI first direction

Technical Expertise

Java 11 17 Spring Boot Spring Cloud API Microservices event driven architecture Cloud AWS Azure Google Cloud Platform DevOps pipelines Jenkins GitHub Actions Argo K8s Architecture blueprints and NFR driven engineering Leadership Competencies
Executive communication and negotiation Strategic storytelling and roadmap articulation Conflict resolution and stakeholder influence Strong analytical and decision making ability.

Required Experience

20 to 25 years in technology delivery engineering leadership or program management Proven leadership across large scale enterprise Java programs distributed systems and modernization initiatives Experience handling large multi million dollar engagements with distributed delivery models onsite offshore Demonstrated success in client facing leadership roles within IT services.
