Sr Data Analyst - Data Analyst Advisor

Provide analysis and assistance in planning and organizing projects that impact or enhance the department

Location Details

This is a hybrid position located in Memphis, TN, Moon Township, PA, or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus location. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx campus location several times per week.

Essential Functions

• Monitors all department schedules so as to ensure that projects are completed on or before projected completion dates.
• Collects and analyzes all necessary data including financial and performance Indicators, for resolution of problems, issues and concerns affecting the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in large scale transformational project management, which can include but is not limited to navigating ambiguity, and projects with multiple senior-level stakeholders.
• Experience in creating and delivering executive-level presentations and communications.
• Proven ability to synthesize complex information, key performance indicators, and data into clear, concise insights and strategic recommendations.
• High degree of business acumen, with ability to understand and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Experience with budgets and headcount is a plus.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business, finance, computer science or directly related discipline.

Minimum Experience

Four (4) years exempt experience in project management, product development, systems design/development or business / financial planning and analysis. Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining systems. Experience in use of project management/planning software. Demonstrated analytical, organizational and planning skills. Strong human relations, leadership, and communication skills.
