ServiceNow Developer /Lead -Telecom

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer, Lead,  Architect with strong expertise in the Telecom domain, specifically in Telecom Order Management (TOM) and Telco Network Inventory modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing telecom solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect telecom solutions using ServiceNow platform.

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Telecom Order Management (TOM) workflows.

• Configure and customize Telco Network Inventory data models and integrations.

• Develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, business rules, UI policies, and integrations.

• Work closely with telecom business teams to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Integrate ServiceNow with OSS/BSS systems and external telecom platforms.

• Perform data modeling for telecom services, circuits, and network components.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices are followed.

• Support production deployments and troubleshooting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

• Strong experience in:

  • Telecom Order Management (TOM)

  • Telco Network Inventory

  • ServiceNow CSM / TSM modules

• Experience integrating with OSS/BSS systems.

• Strong knowledge of:

  • ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs)

  • REST/SOAP integrations

  • Flow Designer

  • CMDB

• Experience with telecom data models (services, circuits, devices, ports, etc.).

• Good understanding of telecom domain (L2/L3 services, fiber, MPLS, IP services).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in ServiceNow TSM (Telecom Service Management).

• Experience in Order Orchestration.

• Knowledge of TM Forum standards (eTOM, SID).

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-TSM preferred).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
