Job Description:
We are seeking a Director of Industry Analytics to lead enterprise analytics, market intelligence, and strategic insights initiatives. This role combines data analytics, forecasting, competitive intelligence, and team leadership to drive business growth and executive decision-making.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience applying quantitative analysis to solve business problems
- 2–3+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer
- Strong experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, R, SAS, or similar analytics platforms
- Experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Strong executive presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading analytics teams and developing KPIs, forecasts, and competitive insights
Responsibilities:
- Lead industry analytics, forecasting, and competitive performance analysis
- Develop KPIs and deliver actionable insights for pricing, marketing, sales, and strategic planning
- Manage and mentor a team of Data, Industry, and Quantitative Analysts
- Partner with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic initiatives
- Manage syndicated data sources (Circana, IRI, retailer data) and vendor relationships
- Present executive-level recommendations based on data-driven analysis
Preferred: Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
