Role: AWS Senior Architect – AIOps Framework Implementation
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid – 4 days/week onsite)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Senior Architect to drive the design and implementation of an advanced AIOps framework for telecommunications network services. This role will focus on leveraging cutting-edge AWS AI/ML capabilities—including foundation models, graph technologies, and agentic AI frameworks—to improve network reliability, automate operations, and enable predictive insights.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in AWS architecture, AI/ML integration, and telecom network environments, along with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence technical strategy.
Key Responsibilities:

AIOps Strategy & Implementation>
- Architect and deliver a scalable AIOps framework to enhance network monitoring, automation, and operational intelligence
- Integrate machine learning models to predict outages, detect anomalies, and optimize network performance
- Leverage observability and monitoring tools such as New Relic, Splunk, and Prometheus to support AIOps capabilities

AWS Architecture & Solution Design>
- Design robust, secure, and scalable AWS cloud architectures to support AI-driven network operations
- Utilize services such as Amazon Bedrock for generative AI capabilities and Amazon Neptune for graph-based data modeling
- Implement Graph Neural Network (GNN) solutions using AWS capabilities to analyze complex network relationships

Agentic AI & Intelligent Automation>
- Develop and integrate agent-based AI frameworks to enable autonomous decision-making and self-healing network operations
- Build intelligent workflows that reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency

Cloud-Native Development>
- Design and develop modern, cloud-native applications using microservices and container-based architectures
- Work with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, and React.js to build scalable enterprise solutions

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership>
- Partner with network engineers, data scientists, and operations teams to implement AIOps solutions effectively
- Lead architecture discussions, design reviews, and technical workshops to promote adoption and best practices

AI/ML & AWS Services Integration>
- Evaluate and implement AWS AI/ML services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend within the AIOps ecosystem
- Apply AWS capabilities for automated network operations (ANO) to improve monitoring, alerting, and response

Continuous Optimization>
- Establish feedback loops and performance metrics to continuously enhance the AIOps framework
- Stay current with advancements in AWS, AI/ML, and telecom technologies to drive innovation
Required Qualifications:

Education>
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline

Experience>
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with strong focus on AWS
- Proven experience implementing AI/ML-driven solutions, preferably within telecom or network environments

Technical Expertise>
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, SageMaker, Bedrock, Neptune, and GNN-related capabilities
- Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including modern agentic AI frameworks
- Familiarity with telecommunications networks, protocols, and operational challenges
- Experience with observability tools such as New Relic, Splunk, and Prometheus
