Baer is looking for SAP Finance Functional Consultant for a 2-month Federal Remote Project.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance to support implementation, enhancement, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure SAP solutions, and ensure successful delivery of finance-related business processes.
Description:

• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA Finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional solutions.
• Support end-to-end implementation, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Controlling (CO), Materials Management (MM), Project Systems (PS), and Sales & Distribution (SD).
• Conduct system configuration, gap analysis, and process improvements.
• Prepare functional specifications and support integration testing.
• Provide user training and documentation as required.

Requirement:

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Strong SAP Finance functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Expertise in GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Experience integrating Finance with MM, SD, PS, and related SAP modules.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Ability to work full-time for the duration of the project.
