AEM Technical Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an AEM Technical Lead in Doraville, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own technical design oversight for AEM and ecommerce solutions
* Review, validate, and challenge architectures proposed by Wipro
* Drive delivery timelines; Identify risks, roadblocks, and impediments early
* Hold vendor teams accountable for quality, prioritization, and on-time delivery
* Act as a technical -devil's advocate,- ensuring solutions are scalable, defensible, and aligned to business goals
* Use data and facts to defend architectural decisions and tradeoffs
* Ensure AEM and commerce solutions support customer-facing digital experiences and business outcomes
* Partner effectively with Product, Digital, and Marketing stakeholders, pushing back when necessary

REQUIREMENTS:
* Deep, hands-on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience at the architecture/design level
* Strong digital and e-commerce foundation
* Experience leading or governing delivery in MSP/vendor-led environments
* Proven ability to influence and challenge stakeholders and vendors using data-driven reasoning
* Comfortable operating as a technical authority rather than a pure executor

Preferred/Additional Skills:
* Shopify ecommerce experience strongly preferred
* SAP Hybris, Salesforce Commerce (Magento) acceptable alternatives
* Strong API integration knowledge
* React and GraphQL (nice to have, not required)

What This Role Is Not:
* Not a UI/UX or creative design role
* Not a full-time coding position
* Not an IC-only senior developer role

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
