The Oracle Cloud Reports Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality reporting solutions from Oracle Cloud Applications. This role provides hands-on technical experience in cloud report development that ensures performance, accuracy, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.

The Oracle Cloud Reports Developer will focus on HCM report development.
The Oracle Cloud Reports Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality reporting solutions from Oracle Cloud Applications. This role provides hands-on technical experience in cloud report development that ensures performance, accuracy, security, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools including OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion data models to meet operational, regulatory, and executive reporting needs.
- Advise on best practices for querying Oracle Cloud data by thoroughly understanding the Oracle Cloud HCM data model.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather functional reporting requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications that align with best practice documentation standards.
- Coordinate with reporting users to unit test and performance tune report queries, ensuring data accuracy and achieving user acceptance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve report defects, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
- Maintain reporting standards, documentation, and reusable assets to promote consistency and scalability across implementations.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Detail Oriented
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as needed to achieve results
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR and Financial reporting experience
- SQL experience
