SAP EAM Senior Managing Consultant- East Lansing, MIJob Description:
Seeking an experienced SAP EAM Senior Managing Consultant with 10+ years of SAP consulting experience and 6+ years of expertise in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate will have strong Utilities industry experience and hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM, Asset Intelligence Network (AIN), Asset Strategy & Performance Management (ASPM), and SAP Work Manager/Fiori.
Responsibilities include leading SAP EAM transformation programs, defining solution roadmaps, providing executive-level advisory services, managing end-to-end project delivery, and leading cross-functional teams. Experience with asset-intensive industries, Intelligent Asset Management, GIS/IoT integrations, and stakeholder management is highly preferred.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of SAP Consulting experience
- 6+ years in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance
- SAP S/4HANA EAM
- SAP AIN, ASPM, SAP Work Manager/Fiori
- Utilities industry experience
- SAP transformation and program leadership
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Intelligent Asset Management (IAM)
- GIS, IoT, Predictive Maintenance integrations
- Master's degree or MBA
- SAP Certifications
Local candidates or candidates willing to work hybrid in East Lansing, MI preferred.
