Salesforce Product Owner- Health Cloud
Required Experience
8+ years of Product Owner and/or Product Manager experience delivering enterprise applications.
Experience owning product vision, roadmap, backlog prioritization, and business outcomes in Agile/SAFe environments.
Proven experience gathering and documenting requirements for:
Salesforce applications (Health Cloud preferred)
APls, integrations, and microservices
Data mapping and end-to-end business processes
Healthcare payer experience supporting Commercial, Medicare, and/or Medicaid business processes, including claims, case management, workflow, or operations.
Experience leading stakeholder alignment, UAT, solution demonstrations, training, and business adoption.
Technical & Domain Knowledge
Salesforce Health Cloud experience required; Data Cloud experience a plus.
Working knowledge of API-based integrations, microservices, and enterprise architecture patterns.
Understanding of workflow automation, routing, business rules, and case management solutions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, developers, and integration teams.
Core Responsibilities
Define product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned to business objectives.
Translate business needs into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value.
Partner with business, technology, and operations stakeholders to drive requirements, delivery, and adoption.
Lead AT, release planning, change management, and user enablement activities.
Drive cross-functional execution across Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst, Administrator, Health Cloud, or related).
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification.
Experience supporting healthcare claims workflows, inventory management, workflow orchestration, or digital transformation initiatives.
Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
