Summary

What the Client is Looking For:
· Seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead enterprise-level Maximo initiatives focused on warranty/service cost recovery and centralized operational coordination across multiple business units.
· The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in managing complex technology programs, vendor relationships, financial coordination, and cross-functional enterprise stakeholders.

Key Focus Areas
· Lead Maximo enhancement and transformation programs.
· Drive roadmap execution, delivery governance, and operational alignment.
· Manage IBM and hardware vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and SLA compliance.
· Partner closely with Finance & Accounting teams for budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and audit alignment.
· Coordinate across IT, operations, and business stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
· Identify and mitigate program risks while maintaining overall program health.

Required Experience:
· 10+ years of enterprise Program Management experience.
· Strong experience managing large vendors (IBM experience preferred).
· Hands-on experience with Maximo, EAM platforms, or ERP-related systems.
· Strong financial/business acumen with exposure to Finance/Accounting collaboration.
· Experience working with executive stakeholders in complex organizations.
· Strong communication, resilience, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:
· Hardware vendor management experience.
· Background in asset management or maintenance operations.
· PMP or related certification.
