KayDev Technology is seeking an experienced Senior

.NET Developer for a 30-month contract with a New York State agency in Albany, NY.

Position: Senior .NET Developer Location: Albany, NY – Hybrid (50% onsite).

Candidates must live in or be able to relocate to the Albany, NY area. Duration: 30 months Rate: $68. No sponsorship available.

About the Role: The developer will design, build and maintain secure, enterprise n-tier web applications for a state healthcare agency using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core and Oracle databases. The role includes report development, technical documentation, and applications that meet accessibility (WCAG) and HIPAA standards.

Required Experience: - 7+ years designing and developing n-tier web applications in Visual Studio using C#, ASP.NET MVC and .NET Core, following object-oriented and secure coding principles - 7+ years with HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS - 7+ years with Oracle 11g or higher: database design, PL/SQL, stored procedures, packages, functions, cursors, triggers, indexes and query optimization - 7+ years developing reports with Crystal Reports (version 10+) or HTML reports invoked from .NET applications - 7+ years creating and reading technical documentation and translating business requirements into application logic - 5+ years with Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps or GitLab for development and source control - 4+ years building applications that follow WCAG 2.0 accessibility guidelines - 3+ years building applications that handle HIPAA-protected health information (PHI)
