🔷 Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer with strong experience in security compliance, ATO processes, and platform operations within a federal environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in implementing security controls, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with federal standards such as NIST 800-53 and FISMA.

This role will focus on integrating security into DevOps processes, maintaining audit readiness, and supporting production systems with strong monitoring and incident response capabilities.

🔷 Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage security controls aligned with FISMA and NIST 800-53 standards.
Ensure data protection and encryption in transit and at rest using FIPS 140-validated solutions.
Integrate MFA and RBAC frameworks using Okta.
Design and maintain logging and monitoring systems to support auditability, incident response, and fraud detection.
Develop and maintain ATO documentation, including SSP, SAR, POA&M, and risk/contingency plans.
Support security assessments, audits, and compliance activities within federal environments.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with embedded security controls and automated checks.
Manage production systems, pipelines, and integrations, providing Tier 2/3 support for incidents and defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable system operations.
