Salary: $180,000.00 USD Annually - $200,000.00 USD Annually
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Construction Estimator/PM

10 years of experience as a Construction Estimator

Experience with Design/Build Project Manager in Genera Commercial Construction

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.

Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
